Arugula microgreens are small, peppery, and very much aware of themselves. They bring a bright bite that cuts through rich food and wakes up anything that feels a little too heavy.
 
Use them as a finishing green for pizza, pasta, roasted vegetables, grilled cheese, burgers, or anything with cheese, cream, butter, or olive oil that needs a little sharpness.
