At Grumpy Goat Farms, we take pride in providing fresh, locally delivered products. Because our products are perishable, we maintain the following refund policy.

No Returns or Exchanges

 

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns

  • We do not offer exchanges

  • All sales are considered final

Product Quality Concerns

 

If you believe a product is damaged, deficient, or does not meet reasonable quality standards, you must notify us within 3 hours of delivery.

To report an issue, please contact us with:

  • Your name

  • Order information

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product when applicable

Reports submitted after the 3-hour delivery window may not be eligible for review or refund consideration.

Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds are considered only in cases where a product is verified to be:

  • Damaged upon delivery

  • Deficient in quality

  • Incorrect compared to the order placed

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Product Preference

 

We do not issue refunds because:

  • You simply do not like the taste, flavor, texture, or appearance of a product

  • Personal preference differs from expectation

  • A product was ordered in error

We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Local Delivery Only

 

All Grumpy Goat Farms products are delivered locally.

  • We do not ship using third-party carriers

  • We do not ship through postal or parcel services

  • Products are delivered directly through local delivery arrangements
